Stage 1 – Resume Review
One of our HR team members will review your resume and cover letter to see if the role you applied for is the best fit—or if there’s another opportunity that matches your skills and experience even better!

Stage 2 – Shortlisting
Our HR team partners with the hiring manager to create a shortlist of candidates based on how well their experience aligns with the role’s needs.

Stage 3 – Interview Time!
If you’re shortlisted, we’ll personally reach out to set up an interview at a time that works for both of us. We’re excited to get to know you!

Your application is reviewed by a real person in our HR team—so make it count!
